I need help! I am new to the area and am planning a wedding! I need to know the best place to have a reception in Rockford, IL! . We will be having around 175 people and will need catering and open bar. We want a very nice and classy location! I also need to know who is the best DJ, whom provides music and uplighting for my reception. I also need to know who is the best for flowers in this area!!
