How many paper lanterns should I use to light a wedding reception hall?
I want to use paper lanterns at my wedding reception. I rented a hall that has ugly florescent panel lighting (like cafeteria lighting). Ideally, I don’t want to have to use the panel lighting at all, but don’t have any clue how much light paper lanterns actually give off and how many I would need to order to have sufficient lighting for pictures, etc. PLEASE HELP?

How is anyone supposed to answer your question if you don’t even say how big the hall is?
How big is the hall? what time of day or night is the wedding? will natural light help light the room? are the lanterns the ones with candles? or bulb ones?
