It is all about getting you and your friends the finest possible professional photography for your senior portraits. Every Ambassador qualifies for very special discounts and extra products. The more people you refer to Central Ohio Photography the better your rewards will be. It is all about giving you the exceptional pictures that you deserve.
All Ambassadors need to have their pictures taken from NOW through June 30th of their junior year. They will be showing there photos to their friends and classmates and let them how much you enjoyed having their photos taken at Central Ohio Photography. All Ambassadors should only be representing Central Ohio Photography during this time, and during their senior year.
STEPS TO BEING AN AMBASSADOR FOR CENTRAL OHIO PHOTOGRAPHY
• Print and fill out an Ambassador Application When mailing please attach photo.
• Be chosen as a Central Ohio Photography Ambassador
• Participate in a fantastic photo session
• Talk about us on Facebook– Promote to friends and family
• Save BIG on your portrait order
THE SESSIONS
You will be given the opportunity to be photographed twice. The first session needs to be scheduled before June 30th, 2010. It is to your advantage to have your photography early. The hope is to get your photos in your hands before summer, giving you the opportunity to show off your photographs and generate interest. Your second session needs to be scheduled before September 1st, 2010, or you will forfeit your second session.
Your first session will be approximately 2-3 hours. You can bring up to 6 outfits, which will be photographed in the studio. It can include headshots for the yearbook, or the traditional drape or tux photograph, as well as any clothing or props that you would like to include in your Studio portraits.
Your second session will be approximately 90 minutes. You can bring up to 3 outfits that will be photographed inside and outside. The location may vary from the studio, the park, or a location of your choice.
All Ambassadors will receive:
• Free Family Session coupon good for savings off your Family Portraits scheduled with us.
• Coupon for savings off of your very own Modeling session
• Free student business cards to help them earn rewards
• 3 Free Images to post on your Myspace and Facebook
• All Ambassadors qualify for extraordinary, Ambassador-Only discounts: For each referral*, Ambassadors can earn:
• 10% off their total photo order, up to 50%
• Ambassadors who refer 20 or more Seniors receive $400 to use towards their own Session.
• A $50 discount on your Signature series album
• A $100 discount on your 10 page Superior composite album.
*A Referral is a paid booking for a Family, Child, Senior, Maternity, Engagement, Wedding, Modeling session. That paid booking must recognize you as there referring Ambassador.
TIPS FOR THE SUCCESSFUL AMBASSADOR
• Our most successful Ambassadors have made personal contact by mail or email to their classmates.
• Show off your portraits as soon as you get them, especially before school ends.
• Take your portraits to camp, fair, or anytime you are going to be with friends this summer, you will always find someone who is interested.
• Get your parents involved in the promotion.
• Show business cards every time you show your portraits.
• Look to your friends and family to help you earn a photography session of a lifetime!
• Hand out every business card to someone who you think will actually book a session.
